Personal Information and Other Information We Collect and Why We Collect It
Overview of Personal Information and Other Information we and our third-party service providers may collect and store:
We collect two types of information: Personal Information and Other Information. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as a specific individual. “Other information” is any information that does not identify you as a specific individual. Personal Information and Other information are not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal and other information is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
For example, we and our service providers may collect and store the following Personal Information or Other Information:
- Postal address (including billing and shipping addresses);
- Telephone number;
- Email address;
- Credit and debit card number;
- Personal account preferences;
- Transactional data, such as purchase information, tax information, and shipping matters; and
- Technical data, such as information about cookies.
Further information on what Personal Information or Other Information we and our third-party service providers may collect and store:
- Personal Information and Other Information about you during the checkout process on our store. This includes, but is not limited to information 1) For payments: purchase total(s), currency, billing information; 2) For taxes: the value of goods in the cart, value of shipping, destination address; 3) For checkout rates: destination address, purchased product(s) details, dimensions, weight, and quantities; 4) For shipping labels: customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products;
- Products you’ve viewed (we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed);
- Location, IP address and browser type (we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping);
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order;
When you purchase from us or subscribe to us, we’ll collect or ask you to provide Personal Information and Other Information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

- Send you marketing messages
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, including serving you as a customer, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it (for example, we will always store order information as long as necessary for tax and accounting purposes). This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
